Carlson, REHS Environmental Health Officer/Planner It has been brought to the attention of the Town of Vail Community Development Department that your ground water well currently serving the single family dwelling at 2752 S. Frontage Road is also intended to serve the duplex under construction at 2754 S. Frontage Road, Town of Vail. The expanded use from one (1) dwelling unit to three (3) dwelling units requires the approval of the State of Colorado Water Resources Engineer at the Colorado Division of Water Resources. The Town of Vail Building Department requires an approved water system before final approval and certificate of occupancy can be granted to the duplex under construction at 2754 S. Frontage Road, Town of Vail. For well permitting approval information, please contact Craig Lis, Water Resources Engineer, Colorado Division of Water Resources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 818, Denver, Colorado 80203.
