The following is a summary of the comments from that review: 1. The plat title must be corrected in accordance with Section 13-11-1, Sample Certificates and Plat Notes, Vail Town Code as follows: €+nat Duplex Plat Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision, t31esIFS Lot 17, Block 9 Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of Colorado 2. Plat note #7 needs to be corrected as follows:...final addresses with the ~ Town of Vail Community Development Department. 3. The Planning and Environmental Commission certificate must be deleted and replaced with the Administrator certificate specified in Section 13-11-9, Vail Town Code. 4. The following note must then be added to the plat: "For zoning purposes, the two lots created by this subdivision are to be treated as one entity." Please make the above listed corrections and then submit two signed mylar copies of the plat with all certificates completed, except the Administrator Certificate and the Clerk and Recorder Certificate. Also submit a copy of any deed restrictions or covenants to be recorded with the plat. Additionally, please submit a check paid to the order of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder in the amount of the recordation fees. Once these items have been submitted to the Town of Vail, the Town Clerk will record the approved plat with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder. If the proposed Insured shall disclose such knowledge to the Company, or if the Company otherwise acquires actual knowledge of any such defect, lien, encumbrance, adverse claim or other matter, the Company at its option may amend Schedule B of this Commitment accordingly, but such amendment shall not relieve the Company from liability previously incurred pursuant to paragraph 3 of these Conditions and Stipulations. 3. Liability of the Company under this Commitment shall be only to the named proposed Insured and such parties included under the definition of Insured in the form of policy or policies committed for and only for actual loss incurred in reliance hereon in undertaking in good faith raj to comply with the requirements hereof or jbj to eliminate exceptions shown in Schedule B, or jcj to acquire or create the estate or interest or mortgage thereon covered by this Commitment.
