Signatures are required for both property owners, however only one was received (Stephen Connolly). 2. Asphalt shingles must be 300 Ibs per square minimum per Town of Vail Code Section 14- 10 -5 -F. Please note that these requirements were communicated to you when you first inquired about this project. Further, I listed these requirements on the back of the application form when you came in to pick up the necessary paperwork (see attached). I contacted Tamko at the toll -free number listed on the brochure you provided and spoke with Penny, who confirmed that the Heritage Series you selected is only approximately 280 Ibs per square. Penny told me that their Heritage Vintaqe Series is a minimum of 300 Ibs per square and therefore would meet our design criteria. Please re- submit information on the product you would like to use that meets this requirement, as well as authorization from the joint property owner (Bryan, G. Anthony Revocable Trust per Eagle County Assessor).
