Box 50231 Kalamazoo, Michigan 49005 -0231 Direct Dial: (269) 552 -3401 Re: Casolar Del Norte Homeowners Association — Wallner and Bigsby Projects Dear Mr. Campbell: I am the Vice President of the Casolar Del Norte Homeowners Association, and this letter is being sent to you on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Association. As I believe you are aware, the Board of Directors is authorized under the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, as applicable to the entire Casolar neighborhood, to act as the architectural review committee. The Board of Directors, acting as the review committee, recently reviewed plans for work on two residences located in our neighborhood. The two projects are as follows: Bigsby residence known as 1180B Casolar Drive Addition to and remodeling of residence, pursuant to the architectural drawings for the same as prepared by architect Thomas G. Edwards, Gypsum. Duplex residence known as 1141 Casolar Drive The project involves removal of the existing tile roof material from the roof of the entire structure (1141 A and 1141 B Casolar Drive), removal of solar heating panels from the east portion of the roof, and the installation on the entire roof a standing seam, 24 -gauge metal roof, with ice and water shield underlayment. The replacement roof will be charcoal gray in color. This letter is confirmation that both of the above - referenced projects have been unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of the Association.
