The Indian Creek Townhome Association has granted permission to the Yanke residence
to construct a new rear deck, as per plan dated 08/26/2008.

give receipts and acquittances for monies paid in on account of the
Association, and shall payout of the funds on hand all bills, payrolls and
other just debts of the Association of whatever nature upon ,maturity.
The treasurer shall perform all other duties incident to the office of the
treasurer and, upon request of the board of directors, shall make such
reports to it as may be required at any time. The treasurer shall have
such other powers and perform such other duties as may be from time to
time prescribed by the board of directors or the president. The assistant
treasurers, if any, shall have the same powers and duties, subject to the
supervision of the treasurer.
48. Authority to Execute Documents. The president or any vice
president is authorized to execute any conveyance, encumbrance,
amendment to the Declaration, contract or other document on behalf of
the Association. If any of such documents affect title to real property or
the Project generally, such documents shall also be 'attested by the
secretary or any assistant secretary who shall also affix the corporate seal
of the Association thereto.
9. Compensation of Officers. No compensation shall be paid to
any officer for services performed as an officer. The board of directors is
authorized to make provisions for reimbursement of out -of- pocket
expenses incurred by officers in connection with the exercise of their
duties, however.
ARTICLE VI
Obligations of the Members
1. Assessments and Charges. Each member shall pay such
member's share of all assessments imposed by the Association pursuant
to the Declaration. Each member shall pay all charges imposed on such
member by the Association pursuant to the Declaration. Unpaid
assessments and charges may result in the imposition of additional
amounts and the enforcement of certain rights and remedies by the
Association, all as set forth in the Declaration.
2. Maintenance and Repair. Every member shall perform or
cause to be performed at such member's own expense all maintenance and
repair work required of such member pursuant to the Declaration. Each
member shall reimburse the Association promptly upon receipt of its
statement for any expenditures incurred by the Association for
maintenance and repair costs which are reimbursable to the Association
