required to replace trees that are removed. If required to replace, applicants must replant trees by November 1st of the
following year from the date of approval. Please be prepared to provide a tree replacement plan. Please see tips for tree
planting and species selection on next page. Design review approval expires one year from date of approval.

Dear Ms. Bellm,
Following up on a phone message I I left for you this evening, the Parcel
No. for our section of the duplex is 210107210011, The Sixth Filing Vail,
Lot 6, block 2. If you would be kind enough to add it to my application, I
would be very grateful.
Also, if it's possible to get someone from the town out to take a look (I
have tied red ribbon to three of them -- -there is another that has a note
in plastic baggie for tree people not to treat for scale that is not included
in application) it would be appreciated. Mike Stevens of SHC Nursery
and Landscape will be installing a number of large trees at the R. A.
Nelson construction adjoining us to the west and would be able to do my
job at a considerable savings to us.
