Minor Exterior Alterations
General Information:
This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improvements, such as re-
roofing, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be
reviewed on -line at under Vail Information - Town Code On -line. All projects requiring design review
must receive approval prior to submitting a buildi29 mit applic ation. An application for Design Review cannot be
accepted until all required info is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in the submittal
requirements. Design review approval expires one year from the date of approval, unless a building permit is issued and
construction commences.
Fee: $250 for Multi- Family /Commercial
$20 for Single Family /Duplex

Dear Board Members,
Our project narrative includes the plan to install a stackable washer and dryer in Unit 1 of
the Villa Valhalla, located at 385 E. Gore Creek Drive, Block J, Villa Valhalla
Condominium, Parcel #2101- 082 - 3800 -1. This stackable unit will be installed in an
interior closet and the dryer will be vented to the exterior wall on the East side of the
building. The W/D unit will be located on this same exterior wall. We will finish the
exterior wall cap using paint matching the existing exterior paint of the building. The
exterior cap will include a back draft damper.
Permit applications for this project will include mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Villa #1 is owned by John Fry LLC, a family owned LLC. Our official address is 333 E
15'' Street, Tempe, Arizona 85281 and I am the owner representing this project. My
