Gore Creek Drive, Block J, Villa Valhalla Condominium, Parcel #2101- 082 - 3800 -1. This stackable unit will be installed in an interior closet and the dryer will be vented to the exterior wall on the East side of the building. The W/D unit will be located on this same exterior wall. We will finish the exterior wall cap using paint matching the existing exterior paint of the building. The exterior cap will include a back draft damper. Permit applications for this project will include mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Villa #1 is owned by John Fry LLC, a family owned LLC.
