Dear Mr. ResEock:
This letter is In response to the request for Holy Cross Energy to sign off on the attached utility
and approval verification form on property located at 1673 Matterhorn Circle, West Unit, Lot 20,
Matterhorn Village Filing 1, Vail, Colorado.
After reviewing the revised plans for the one car garage addition which will not be within the
side setback, Holy Cross Energy will sign off on the verification and approval utility form with
the following condition:
The selected contractor to build the new garage addition, at the above mentioned address, shall
comply with all vertical and horizontal electrical clearances from buildings for overhead power
lines which are stated within the National Electrical Safety Code Handbook.
