Application for Design Review Minor Exterior Alterations General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving minor changes to buildings and site improvements, such as re- roofing, painting, window additions, landscaping, fences, retaining walls, etc. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on-line at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information -Town Code On-line. All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. This approval is contingent upon the following: 1. Approval is granted based on the location of Unit 60, prior approvals of similar deck. 2. No specific or applied approval is granted for any special or expanded right as to egress, ingress or use of the Association ground owned in common by its members (the area remains common area). 3. Any and all costs including, but not limited to, the cost of the work and cleaning up during or after the work shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility. In addition, any and all costs required to return any disturbed landscaping or irrigation system to their existing state shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility. If, during the course of construction, any trees are damaged or removed, Owner shall pay the Association for replacement of said trees at locations to be determined solely by the Association. 4.
