They are requesting that they be allowed to start their remodel without a permit, as they will not be changing any plumbing or electrical sites. In summary, they will be changing out the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The walls and ceiling will be updated to a hand troweled texture with paint and new baseboards and flooring throughout the unit. 5 solid core pine doors will replace the current hollow core doors.
