Changes to approved plans- Phase 1 remodel, etc
Response to DRB comments
Dear George,
As we discussed this morning, we are submitting today for final DRB approval for Building 1
at the Marriott We would also like to present at the meeting a minor change proposal for
the Building 2 porte cochere which substitutes stucco-and-stone-base for the all stone
coulmns
Items being submitted today are.
1. Revised elevations- all 4 sides of the building.
Items previously submitted are-
2. Proposed plans There are no significant changes since the last meeting except a
re-shuffling of building services spaces on the lower levels to satisfy Mike
McGee Even though there is a net reduction of area in these spaces and a
number of parking spaces will be reclaimed, this does not affect GRFA
3. Proposed north side sidewalk plans There are no significant changes since the
last meeting.
Items not submitted are.
4 North side landscape plans. We would like to submit them later and make them
a condition of the TCO, not the Building Permit Due to the fact that Building 1 is
scheduled to be finished in mid-December, the landscaping will not be done until
spring of 2003, 1 hope this will not be a problem You can discuss bonding with
Jack Hunn if necessary
