CERTIFICATION OF DEDICATION AND OWNFRSHIP
• Know all men by these presents that Richard H. DeVoe and
Barbara J. DeVoe bein_q sole owners in fee simple of all that
real property described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 4, Biqhorn Subdivision, Fifth Addition, Town
