Know all men by these presents that Richard D. Berridge, being sole
owner in fee simple of all that real property situated in the Town of Vai1,
Eagle County, Colorado, described as follows:
Lot 7, Glen Lyon Subdivision, according to the amende3 map thereof
recorded in Book 272 at Page 370 in the office of the Eagle County, Colorado,
