The rated occupancy for the Wet lab Didactic area is 58 occupants (look at sheet#23 there is a chart for HVAC loading
calculations) I spoke to Jerry Hines with R&H who did the air conditioning work. He said they were told it was a
professional office and no mention of a wet lab was made to them.
