CO 81657 Re: Middle CreeldNorth Frontage Road Bike Path/l-70 right-of-way Mr. Salli, This letter is lo summarize the comments of the Design Review Board in regards to you proposed addition at their April 21 ,2004, meeting. Their comments were as follows: . Explore the possibilities of re-vegetating the slope above the proposed path. There is general concern over the lack of vegetalion on this hillside and olhers in Town created by road cuts. Vegetation should be reestablished. Your application will be scheduled on an agenda once plans addressing all the above comments have been received. In order to be scheduled on the May 5'n agenda revisions musl be submitted by 9:00 a.m. Friday April 30. The following DRB meeting is on May 19,2004, for which plans will need to be submitted no later than 9:00 a.m. on May 14,2004.
