Existing trees or groups of trees having trunks with diameters of 4" or more one foot above grade. 4. Rock outcropp'ings and other significant natural features (large boulders,intermittent streams, etc. ) . Avalanche areas, 100 year flood plain and slopes 40% or more, if applicable. Ties to existing benchmark, either USGS landmark or sewer invert. Locations of the fol'lowing: a. Proposed surface drainage on and off site culverts, swales, etc. b. Exact locations of all utilities to include existinE sources and proposed service lines from sources to the structure.
