During the tear offprocess the existing roof top flower boxes will be removed (Example I and 2). The flower boxes have gone unused for 5+ years and have become an eyesore because of the weeds constantly growing from thsm. Once the flowsr boxes are removed, walls will be patched with stucco and painted to match the exterior of building. Looking from the road (Example 3) there is little to no impact to the casual passerby from the road. Existing wood gray cap pieces will be replaced with a similar gray metal to match the building.
