I,ANDSC'APING: Currently, there is negative drainage to the landscaping adjacent to the foundation, allowing roofs rrnoff to drain against the foundation. Suggest sealing Needles/tree debrig to roofs flashings, alfecting the drainage ofthe roof, Suggest rernoving all debris to allorr for proper drainage. OVERVIEW: It is highly likely that moisture penetnation is a result of the damage to the roof s shingles and vapor barrier, and due to the lack of proper dreinage to the landscaping. I recommend replacing the roofs coverings (roof appears to be over 25 years old), installing drainage gutters at all roofs overhangs, rnd installing French drains to landscaping adjacent to foundation perimcters.
