CO 81656 Dear Ms. Barton: Thank you for your letter. I'd like to explain the circumstances relating to the Aspen trees. I asked my son to cut down the two trees that were growing into the hot tub and remove them for firewood. Apparently he cut more than the two I indicated and failed to remove them. I visited the property on July l7 and removed the trees that had been cut down. There are over 20 additional Aspen trees growing on the bank below my property. In addition to that, I planted six spruce and pine trees shortly after buying the property in 1992. I am now aware, through your letter, of Design Review Board requirements relating to shrubs and trees. Should there be a further need to remove trees from the property.
