Four 2xl2 sningers with seven neads and eight risers were consfiucted. Each stinger was connected at the top with Simpson A35 clips ta a(3)-2x12 header beam. The new replacement stair appeared to have been constructed in compliance with the structural provisions of the lntemational Residential code, 2003 Edition as well as a snow load capacity of 100 psfas required by Town ofVail requirements.
