The following are the comments from their review: 1. Provide a grading plan on l':10' or l':20' scale. 2. Per the Town of Vail site distance standard, lf backing vehicle out onto Beaver Dam Rd. Driver must be able to see 250' in both directions from 15' inside of driveway. Proposed boulder walls and new landscaping cannot exceed 3 ft in height. Existing Pine Trees on West side of driveway will have to be trimmed, 7 ft from the ground. Show on site plan. 3. Is Driveway heated? If yes, driveway within the Town of Vail right of way must be on a separated zone and marked at the control box. Show on site plan. Area in ROW maybe highlighted. 4. Show on site plan, Snow storage area. l0o/o for heated driveway, 30o/o for unheated , all within property boundaries. 5. Show proposed positive drainage from south side of SFR. ( low areas) 6.
