I am pleased to submit for your approval the enclosed Planning Services contract for the Vail
Parcels P3 &J Reinvestment Study.
Please print and sign two original sets of the attached contract documents and send them both to
my attention. After signatures have been completed on behalf of URS, I will send one original set
back to you for your files.
I have not modified the project budget to include the possible minor modifications to the
Lionshead Reinvestment study. I'll cover the few hours that those changes might require within
the budget for the Parcels P3 & J study.
