In general, the site should provide adequate drainage away from the building foot Print. The project is to include two window penetrations in the exterior concrete walls and an interior dOOrway. The openings for the doorway and the exterior load bearing wall shall- not exceed 3' 6" and have an undj_sturbed lentil that is a minimum of 1-2" high by B" thick. The second, Iarger, window opening shall have a lentil not to exceed 5'6" in length and be a minimum height of 1-6" high and B" thick. Attached is a sketch of the typical wall section where the existing wall footing is under cut in the crawl (970) %9 - 5153 far & Phone Bog.olzb space. Basically, it consists of a 20 gauge metal stud wall fasten to the footing with concrete anchors extending up to the bottom of the existing floor framing. It is braced on the other side by the new interior concrete slab.
