DOC date Page 4 of 15 0409p00s o BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE TIME FRAME If this permit requires a Town of Vail Flre Depaftment Approval, Engineer's (Public Works) review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Departnent review, and a review by the Building Depaftment, the estimated time for a total review will take as long as three (3) weeks. All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements, Residential and small projecb should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) week to review and approve.
