Site 4 is located at the top, west end of the Subdivision and isapproxinately 2400 square feet in size (1-6 feet X 40 feet). The Covenants of the Subdivision indicate a cRFA of L6LO sq.ft. perrrunitrr. This site is identical in size to the surrounding duplex lots and therefore may be entitled to substantially more GRFA than a half duplex.
