If yes was answered to any of the above questions then a "Public Way" isrequired. You can piok up an application at either Community Development, Iocated at 75 S. Frontage Road or Public Works, Iocated at 1309 Vail Valley Drive. 2) Notice sign offs for utility companies. Some utility oompanies require up to a 48 hour notice to schedule a Iocate. 3) A construction traffio control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper.An approved site plan may also be used.
