VIII.CONCEPTUAL DESIGN REVIEW A.Submittal requirements;The owner or authorized agent of any project requiring design approval as prescribed by this chapter may submit plans for conceptual review by the Design Review Board to the Department of Community Development.The conceptual review is intended to give the applicant a basic understanding of the compatibility of their proposal with the Town's Design Guidelines.This procedure is recommended primarily for applications more complex than single- family and two-family residences.However,developers of single-family and two -familY projects shall not be excluded from the opportunity to request a conceptual design review.Complete applications must be submitted 10 working days prior to a scheduled DRB meeting.
