In reviewing old building permit tiles, and attempting to close them out, staff discovered that
the above-referenced residence never received a final Certificate of Occupancy, receiving only
a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). Since no landscape inspection request was
ever made, the Town could not release a final Certificate of Occupancy. Due to the extended
period of time from when the TCO was originally issued, the staff believes it is now
reasonable to issue a final Certificate of Occupancy for the residence.
Staff would like to let you know that any future property improvements will require review of
the existing landscaping, and additional improvements may be required as a condition of
approval.
