Frontage Road Vail, CO 81657 Dear Sir, This letter clarifies my intentions drywall removal and asbestos testing in Columbine west condo unit 6. I took a survey sample of drywall tape and mud from upper and lower bathrooms and found no asbestos in those samples (see test results from Alpine Consulting Inc, certified in asbestos testing). I want your permission to remove additionatlrywall in the kitchen exterior wall which will exceed 160 square feet of drywall removal. This kitchen wall has many holes in it-mostly from past water damage. Removal of the drywall will enable me to better insulate the wall and prevent further water damage. Another combined survey sample was taken of ceiling texture (popcorn) in both first floor bedrooms and hallway. This survey contained significant asbestos.
