I have been terribly disturbed by the many violations and flagrant disregard of property ownerrs rights by CDS Enterprises in the construction of several projects in the Potato Patch Subdivisi-on. I am attaching a copy of my letter to the Design Review Board, which I wrote in protest to CDS Enterprises/Dan Gagliardo calling attention to the numerous violations caused by this firm. It is my understanding that an appeal will be made to the Town Council on August ISth by Western Management Company. It is further my understanding that this reguest is for approval of changes to the plans and specifications on a duplex under construction on lot 4, block 1 by Western Management Company and Paul Johnson and/or CDS Enterprises. Many of the changes they are requesting approval on have been made without the approval of the Design Review Board and are in violation of the city code. T believe it is unfair to the residents of the subdivision and I therefore urge that their appeal be denied.
