The following is a summary of that review: 1. Perthe Town of Vail files, the lot size is 15,316sq. ft. (0.3516 acres)' 2. The site plan must be revised lo show the limits ol disturbance fence and erosion control methods. 3. The site plan must be revised lo show all setback lines. The stream setback from Booth Creek is 30 feet, not 35 feet as shown on the survey. 4. Submit one set of "red-lined' floor plans showing how the existing and proposed GRFA (gross residential floor area) was calculated for each dwelling unit. 5. Submit an exterior lighting plan (max. of 15 exterior lights permitted), light lixture cut-sheets, and light f ixture luminance calculations. 6. Label the exteriol materials on the elevation drawings. Z. per the Town of Vail Fire Department: A monitored fire alarm system is required and shall comply with NFpA 72 (2002) anO VFES standards.
