The topography is such that rockg witt tend to stop in the heavy aspen growth on the gouth gide of the road. The ourtcropping ofrochs above the lot ig minor and quite a distance from thishouse. I saw no large rocks near this home. Hven though it isnot likely that mud or snow can reach the proposed expansion, it would be prudent to landEcape and grade the {ront (Eouth) side ofthe property to preclude material +rom approaching areas ofvulnerability. In addition to the wallg ehown, perhaps the entrydrive could have a high point in it at about the property }ine toprevent materi al from entering very far.
