They voted to table the application and requested some changes to the proposal. Their main concern focused on how the change in the roof would appear. They suggested that instead of cutting the roof between the two wingwalls, that the entire roof from the party wall to the edge of the roof should be stepped back and the wingwall also cut back some. Your contractor believes that this is possible. This will provide your unit with even more light than the original proposal would have.
