and the Vail Water and Sanitation District are the ownere of 75%of the privately owned land inclucted wj-thin the boundaries of VailVillage. Second Filing, EagJ.e county, coLorado, as described in theprotective covenants of vair village, second Firing, recorded in
Book 174 at page 431 in the records of the clerk and Recorder ofEagle County, Colorado, and
ITIHEREAS, paragraph 18 0f said protective covenantg perrnLta
