I have listed fhern be1ow. 1. The fire rated doors in the basement were blocked open withkick stops. 2. We found multiple holes ln the fire rated ceiling. 3. A .large electrical cooking appliance sitting on a rnetalcounter in the basement with the power cord run overhead, across theal-sle. 4, we noticed a curtain at the top of the stairs fron thebasement obstructing the path of egress. 5. we found that atnost every flre detector in the dlning roomhad been painted, thus rendering them inoperable. The business was obviously open and serving g"uests.
