All commercial (large or sinall) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirbments. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projects impact the various above mentioned depaftments with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) weeks to review and approve.
