Al commercial (large or srnall) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projeds should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or srnaller projecns impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may also take three (3) weeks to revieur and approve.
