This application will not be accepted without a copy of the DRB approval form attached (if applicable). If this permit is for installaUon of an exterior hot tub or spa on a new elevated platform or deck over 30" above grade, you must also obtain a buiHing permit. If this permit is for installation of an exterior hot tub or spa on any existing deck or elevated platform, a structural engineer must review the existing condition and verify that it will support the added concentrated load.
