Good morning Lynn,
Attached you will find a letter with accompanying data from Doug Weltner who is
requesting that the GSA classification for Lot : 1 in the Eleni Zneimer Subdivision in Buffehr
Creek be changed from Severe Rock Fall Hazard to Moderate Rock Fall Hazard. Please let
me know if you need further information or if you would like me to drop off hard copies of
these attachments.
We hope this issue can be discussed in the upcoming town meeting for resolution as soon
as possible. We have several potential buyers considering the home Mr. Weltner is
building with Scott Turnipseed AIA on the site and the Rock Fall classification has become a
substantial concern.
