Dear Mr. Hilb:
One of the many functions of Code Enforcement is to provide for the enforcement of the Town of
Vail Municipal Codes.
It has come to our attention that the above-described property may be in violation of the Town of
Vail Municipal Codes as follows:
Reported Violation(s): You have created storage on a vacant lot that has not had
approval for any parking or storage areas.
We are asking that you remove all vehicles, trailers, etc. within 15 calendar days from receipt of
this letter. Failure to do so will result in a summons being issued.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help assure that
Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we all strive. Please
