Dear Ms. Hill:
The purpose of this letter is to remind you that you have failed to remove the unapproved yard enclosure / fence. Your Design Review application was denied at the April 07, 2004 meeting
of the Design Review Board (DRB).
The DRB further instructed you to remove the yard enclosure / fence by 5 pm on April 22, 2004. You have had 33 extra days to comply yet you have failed to comply with that condition.
We are now advising you that the unapproved yard enclosure / fence must be removed by 8:00 am on June 01, 2004. Failure to comply will result in a summons being issued.
