Dear Mr. McNeil:
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to speak with me this morning
regarding the parking area and attached improvements along the road and to the North of
Chateau Tremonte.
In speaking with Greg Hall (Director of Public Works) and George Ruther(Chief of
Planning) it was decided that the Chateau Tremonte Homeowners Association, Inc will
be held responsible to do the following work to become in compliance:
You must remove the red cinders and the rock border, add enough topsoil
to get native grasses to grow and leave only enough gravel that the mail
carrier can gain access to the mail boxes.
Please have all work completed before July 1, 2002. If you have any questions, please
do not hesitate to call me at 477-3417. If you fail to do the above-mentioned measures I
will issue a citation for the work performed without approvals or permits and the Town
may also seek additional legal remedies as allowed by law. Thank you for your
cooperation and assistance in this matter.
