Dear Mr. Siedel:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Gart Sports sign, located at the above-mentioned address, does not comply with your Design Review Board approval.

In light of your failure to comply with our previous agreement, the Town of Vail is requiring that the existing unapproved sign be removed by May 11, 2003. Failure to do so will result
in a summons being issued. Each day the violation exists will constitute a separate offense.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help assure that Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we all strive.
