Dear Mr. Shimon:
The Town of Vail has recently received several complaints regarding the upkeep of the Matterhorn neighborhood. In response to those complaints, the Town did a walk through of the neighborhood
noting any code violations that pertained to safety and environmental issues.
The Town did note a violation on the property that you own. The following is the violation that was noted:
The trash containers used do not have tight fitting lids as required. When I saw them they had no lids at all on them. Trash should also be stored inside or in a trash enclosure until
trash pickup day.
You have fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter to correct this issue. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 970-477-3417.
