Dear Ms. Calzoni:
This letter is to confirm the agreement reached with Christina regarding the easel/sale sign that
was being displayed near the front entrance to your store at the above-mentioned address. During
our phone conversation on March 5, 2003 Christina agreed that the illegal sign would no longer
be displayed after March 10,2003.
In honoring this agreement we are asking that you please do not display this easel/sign outside the
store. Failure to comply will result in a summons being issued.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help assure that
Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we all strive. Please
