Dear Mr. Peterson:
I am writing this letter to recognize and thank an employee of Slifer Management who has been of great assistance to the Town of Vail in response to issues concerning Crossroads at Vail.
Often, we only send letters when we need help so it seems only fair to write you to let you know that this employee of Slifer Management has often gone above and beyond what has been
requested of him from me and the Town of Vail.
Steve Stafford has been a professional, reliable, helpful, and courteous contact for me. I am a Code Enforcement Officer with the Town’s Community Development Department and often had
to call Steve regarding signage, tenant information or needed repairs to awnings, etc. Steve has always returned my calls promptly and has tried hard to comply within the given time
frame. He has always kept me informed and up to date on my issues.
I am sorry to hear that Slifer Management no longer manages the Crossroads complex but wish you all the best with your other properties. I again thank you for your assistance over the
past couple of years and please pass on my sincere thanks to Mr. Stafford. It has been appreciated.
