I appreciate your efforts to stay in touch with us to try to resolve this issue. In our previous conversations, it was agreed that if your landlord failed to apply for the awnings for your business that you would come in and apply for approval of the umbrellas you currently have mounted to the deck in the front of the Tap Room. Your landlord did not apply as you had thought he would and you have not applied for the approvals you need. We are now asking that you submit a complete application by noon on Monday, March 21, 2003 or remove the umbrellas by this same deadline. Failure to do so will result in a summons being issued. We feel this is a fair solution as this situation has been ongoing for several weeks and we feel we must bring this to a close. If you have any questions or comments, please call me at 477-3417.
