Dear Mr. Dilling:
On January 8, 2003 I stopped by and spoke with you regarding the sign that had been knocked
over during snow removal from your lot. Since this sign was required by the Town of Vail to
eliminate the parking and storage of vehicles in the right-of-way we are asking that you repair and
replace this sign in its original location.
Please remedy this situation within 5 calendar days from receipt of this letter. Failure to do so
will result in the Town of Vail Public Works Department doing the work and billing your
business for the costs plus any administrative fees they may charge..
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help assure that
Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we all strive. Please
