CERTIFICATE OF OWIVERSHIP AND DEDICATION:

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents, that the undersigned refers; herein
to the following described lands as the platted lands: All of Lots A-8 �
and A-9, Block "A", LION'S RIDGE SUBDIVISION, Townsilip 5 South, Range 81
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Town of Vail, County of Ea�g1e,
State of Colorado, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Lot A-8, also►
being the Point of Beginning; thence S 63°OS'19" E 251.05 feet
to a point on the Northwest right-of-way line of.Sandstone
Drive; thence 182.31 feet along the arc of a 27�.60 foot radius
curve to the left whose central angle is 37°37'42" and whose
long chord bears S 08°OS'S2" W a distance of 179.05 feet; thence
along the North right-of-way line of Lion's Ridge Loop
S 73°04'48" W 41.63 feet to a point of curvature; thence •
308.53 feet along the arc of a 488.02 foot radius curve to
the left whose central angle is 36°16'00" and' whose long chord
bears S 54°56'48" W 303.77 feet to a point of tangent; thence
S 36°48'48" W 201.36 feet; thence 142.�6 feet along the arc
of a 1711.95 foot radius curve to the right whose central angle
is 04°46'28" and whose lonq chord bears S 39°12'02" iil 142.62
feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot A-9; thence N 00•03'25" E
405.18 feet to a point on the South�rly right-of-way lirne of
Sandstone Drive, which ia also a point of curve; thencs 144.14
feet along the arc of a 90.00 foot rndius curve to the l�ft
'whose central angle is 91°45'36" and whoae long chord bears
N 44°10'37" E 129.22 feet; thence N 88°17'49" E 210.00 feet

That Leo Payne certifies that he is the true owner of the
platted lands known as Lot A-8, subject to easements and rights-
of-way of record; and Deane L. Knox certifies that he is the true •
owner of the platted lands known as Lot A-9, subject to easements
and rights-of-way of record. :
That Leo Payne and Deane L. Knox, for themselves do hereby
1ay-out, plat and subdivide the platted lands into One Parcel as sho��n
�i �is p].at under the name and style of CASOLAR VAIL.

platted l�a�i�s shall be subject to the protective covenants as
recorded in Book at Page of the records of
the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, Colorado, which are incor-
porated herein by reference.
Further, that Leo Payne �hall r�tairr fee title ownership in
the following described sites as set forth on the Final Pl�at of
Casolar Vail to wit: �
Sites 1, 9 and 10, and an undivided three-quarters (3/4)
interest as tenants in common with Deane L. Knox in Site 2,
all in Casolar Vail, a Resubdivision of Lots A-8 and A-9,
Block "A", Lions Ridge Subdivision, Town of Vail, Eagle
County, Colorado.
And further that Deane L. Knox shall retain fee title owner=
ship in the following described sites as set forth in the Final Plat
of Casolar Vail to wit:
Sites 3, 4, 5, G, 7 and 8, and an undivided one-quarter
(1/4) interest as tenants in common with Leo Payne in� Site 2,
