The location in Vail is not a business location. It is simply a meeting room where clients and counselors meet, one day a week for only up to 4 hours, two groups meeting for two hours each back to back. There is no sign or other business front. There is no administration, phone answering, or files kept at this location. Our main office headquarters are located in Glenwood Springs and all business needs are taken care of there. We have been holding groups at this location for the past few years, no changes in what we are doing. The state is asking us for an updated application and this zoning form is part of the application. We conduct 4 hours of substance abuse groups on Thursdays only 5p to 9p at this location. Typically, these are DUI clients who are not able to drive. We plan on continuing to use this location for the foreseeable future. The chapel is used for many things, including group gathering for worship. I appreciate your help on this, please let me know if you have any other question.
